Shipments arrive at our warehouse. We have loading docks, forklifts, and a receiving team. You get a warehouse receipt immediately.

Every piece is inspected, photographed, and inventoried. Damage is documented immediately for claims. The whole process is available real time in our App.
Store
Temperature-controlled vaults protect furniture until your project is ready.
Install
Our crew delivers, unpacks, assembles, and places according to your floor plan. We remove all packaging and debris when we leave.

If concealed damage is discovered, we document it immediately and notify you so you can open a claim with the carrier and the manufacturer — long before install day.

Side Marking Requirements
Every item shipped to our warehouse must be clearly side marked with:

Carriers We Accept
We accept shipments from all major freight carriers, common carriers, white glove delivery services, UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We recommend requiring a signature on every shipment to protect chain of custody.
Denver Pickup Service
We make twice-weekly trips to and from Denver to pick up freight for our clients. If your shipment lands at a Denver receiving terminal, we'll bring it home for you.

Seamless Process
From Receiving to Install — One Vendor, Zero Handoffs
The same team that receives your shipment will deliver it to your client's home on install day. That means:
- Every piece is tracked from arrival to placement in the room
- Loading is barcode-scanned against the delivery sheet so nothing is missed
- Customer signatures are captured digitally at delivery
- Items are wrapped, padded, and protected for transport
- Floors, door handles, and stairways are protected before any piece enters the home
- Debris is removed and hauled away
- Hoisting and art hanging are available on request
Need a Certificate of Insurance for an HOA or building requirement? Just let us know in advance and we'll have it ready before delivery day.
Valuation Coverage — Protect What You're Storing
Designer pieces are an investment, and Conroy offers two layers of protection while items are in our care:

If you choose to waive full valuation coverage, items default to the legal minimum of $0.60 per pound. We strongly recommend full valuation for any high-value or one-of-a-kind piece.

How does receiving work at Conroy?
Every item is checked into our warehouse and assigned a unique barcode label. For inspection receiving, we unwrap, photograph, log into our warehouse management system, repack, and store the piece in a designated location. Details are available in real time through your designer login.
What are your receiving hours?
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mountain Time.
How do I get access to the inventory tracking software?
When you sign your designer agreement, list the names and email addresses of every team member who needs access. We'll send each person a secure invite to set up their login.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
If we spot damage at receiving, we photograph it and notify you the same day so you can open a claim with the carrier. If damage occurs while in our custody and you've selected full valuation coverage, our claims department will repair or replace the item per the value you declared.
What's the minimum storage charge?
Storage has a $240.00 per month minimum.
How should items be side marked?
Designer name, project name, and our warehouse address (2510 Copper Ridge Dr, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487). Shipments missing side marking are subject to a $50 investigation fee.
